The Public Service Transformation Academy
The Public Service Transformation Academy (PSTA) is a not-for- profit social enterprise with a mission to drive better outcomes for people and communities by developing the public sector and not-for-profit sector’s capabilities to collaborate, innovate and lead.
The PSTA has a number of member organisations, including public service consultants RedQuadrant as the lead partner and delivery partners including: the Whitehall & Industry Group (lead delivery partner), OPM, NCVO, Browne Jacobson LLP, E3M, TSIP, the Alliance for Useful Evidence, Local Gov Digital, Collaborate, Numbers for Good, Basis and members of the Public Service Transformation Network.
The PSTA designs and delivers exceptional development programs to build capacity to transform public services. This includes running the UK Cabinet Office’s Commissioning Academy, the UK Government’s acclaimed suite of leadership development programs for commissioners of public services.
